Easy Hooded Bath Towel

My best friend is having her third child next Thursday. She's having another girl. I seriously couldn't come up with anything to give to her...she already has a ton of clothes and blankets. The hardest part was sewing on the double bias tape...I had to tear it out and resew it. It's not prefect but it's good enough. I don't have all day trying to make it perfect. So, if you're having a baby...expect to receive one of these towels from me!
