Nature Day Camp

Hobbs State Park
Nature Day Camp

Three Days
40 Minute drive each way and back
Two Happy Boys!
The boys were able to attend Nature Day Camp at Hobbs State Park. The boys were able to go on boat cruise on Beaver Lake, nature hike, and dig around the shore of Beaver Lake.
Some of the highlights...
Landon found a baby rabbit...managed to get in trouble for touching a wild animal!
Logan and Landon disected owl pellets.
The boys found rodent bones!
Bird watching
Live animals like snakes and turtles
Animal hides and they learned all about animal tracks
The week of camp it was super HOT and HUMID!
but it didn't stop the boys from having FUN!
Logan begged every day to stay a little longer becuase he wanted to check out the vistor center.
Logan was completely in his element.
Landon and Logan completed the program and recieved a really nice certificate and t-shirt!
Next year...the boys will be going again. It was worth the long drive and money.

So Cool! I am glad they had a great time. Landon looks so proud of his certificate.
