Fall Counting Activity

The perfect counting activity...I picked up a bag of mixed corn and pumpkin candies for this activity. Learning has to be fun and hands on for this little guy. How the activity works is he had to read the number and count out the correct number of corn to go with each number. He did fine with zero to three but after that he really struggled. His little sister can count better than him. I'm really struggling with him. He just doesn't seem to get it. He did have a lot of fun with this activity. Once he was done, I called out a random number and he had to pick up the recorrect pile of corn on that number called. So, we were able to do several different activities. Counting, sorting, and identifying numbers.
