WFD-Tue

We tried the FIve Hour Stew last night and we all loved it. It was so simple, but didn't taste like it at all. It was the perfect stew.
Five Hour Stew (~jennifer~)
1 pound stew meat
6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
3 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Tomato Soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all together and then place in a covered roasting pan and bake for 5 hours at 250*

This is my favorite stew recipe ever! So simple and yummy!


Lara's Notes: This was super easy to put together. The kids loved it but I thought it was a little bit on the bland side. It needed more seasonings like maybe lipton onion soup mix.
