I'm currently working on losing weight and toning my body. I came across this awesome website with great workout videos. Its just a regular mom who put together all of these work out videos. I love them. Nothing fancy and it really does give you a good work. It's funny working out infront of the computer screen but it kinda like having our own personal trainer.
Also, I'm jogging/running for 3 miles five days a week. I'm trying to get myself ready for 5k run which is coming up in a few weeks.
